Stop fighting hose loops and kinks. This brass swivel adapter fits between the gun and the high-pressure hose – just turn it by hand to take out twists, so the hose lies flat, is less of a trip hazard and stores more neatly. Compatible with high-pressure hoses that use a Quick Connect adapter on the gun, for Kärcher K4 to K7 machines.

It's made for Kärcher K-series home water blasters – see the models listed above. It won't fit other brands' fittings.
How do I remove twists from the hose?
